Introduction
·This scenic area was originally named "Shishi Tou" (Lion's Head), consisting of 48 low hills made of red sandstone. The name comes from a rock on the peak of the floating peak that resembles a lotus flower.
·In ancient times, Lianhua Mountain was a stone mining site, and hundreds of years of mining have created a unique landscape that blends natural and artificial elements.
·Lianhua Mountain also has historical relics such as the ancient Lianhua Tower from the Ming Dynasty and the ancient Lianhua City from the Qing Dynasty. Climbing the Lianhua Tower allows for a distant view of the Lion's Ocean to the east.
