Introduction

Built by the landlord Liu Wencai. The estate covers an area of over 70,000 square meters with a building area of 21,055 square meters, consisting of two large groups of buildings facing each other from the north and south, 300 meters apart. The southern part is Liu Wencai's husband's mansion, built in 1932; the northern part is the new mansion built by Liu Wencai for himself and his younger brother Liu Wenhui, who participated in the 1949 uprising and later served as Minister of the State Forestry Administration. He passed away in Beijing in 1976.
