Introduction
In the county of Zhuoni, near the northeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, there is a 40-kilometer-long narrow scenic area surrounded by 80,000 hectares of forest, called Dayu Gou. The mountains here are magnificent and magical, ranging from the Yitian Baodian sword piercing the sky through the forest, to the round and magnificent scenery similar to that of the Buddha country, to the colorful oil painting scroll set against the blue sky, white clouds, and lush forests, and the wonderful long corridors and challenging fortress terrain, as well as the stalagmites and wheat straw sword peaks embedded in the deep Danxia Canyon. After the rain clears up, the mountains appear even more magnificent and mysterious in the light mist. Some have described the beauty of Dayu Gou's mountains as having the power and beauty of the European Alps and the Yellowstone National Park in the United States.
