Introduction
Temple buildings are numerous and the gathering place for scholars, forming a magnificent cultural spectacle. Built in 1998, it features Guanyin Square, the Hall of the Heavenly Kings, the Hall of Ten Thousand Buddhas, the Hall of Perfect Enlightenment, the Tower of Gratitude, and the Great Hall of the Great Heroes as the main axis. With a total area of about 450 mu, it is the largest Buddhist cultural and tourist attraction in Northeast China. In January 2017, it was recognized as a national AAAA-level scenic spot by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Promotion Committee, making it the only tourist destination in the country recognized for leisure and self-cultivation, moral enhancement, and Buddhist meditation.
