Introduction

China Shipbuilding Culture Scenic Spot is located near Mawei Port, which is a theme park mainly focused on shipbuilding culture. Mawei Shipyard, once the first modern shipyard in China and the largest dock in the Far East at that time, built 40 ships of various sizes from its establishment in 1866 to its closure in 1907. Fuzhou Shipbuilding also gained popularity worldwide, making it a significant chapter in modern Chinese history.

China Shipbuilding Culture Museum is open from 8:30am to 12:00pm and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm, closed on Lunar New Year's Eve
Ma Jiang Naval Battle Museum is open from 8:30am to 12:00pm and from 1:30pm to 5:30pm, closed on Lunar New Year's Eve
Luoxingta Park is open from 5:30am to 5:30pm
Shipyard Park is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm (ticket sales stop at 4:30pm)
Min'an Xietai Court is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm
and Tingjiang Cannon Platform is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Transportation
Bus: Take the No. 73, 116, 131, 139, 180, or Two-Horse Aviation scheduled bus and get off at the "Gangkou Road" stop in downtown Fuzhou. Walk for about 2 minutes to reach the destination.
