Introduction
In the blueprint for the construction of the coastal city, Linghu is the core of the new city center. After over 3 years of construction, more than 7,000 meters of embankments have been built, with a newly excavated lake area of over 900 acres. Along with the old river course, the lake area has reached 1,200 acres, gradually developing into seven major scenic areas, including Linghu, Wufeng Lake, Taoyuan, Dagangshan, Wanan Temple, Luo River Park, and Huigang Lake, aiming to improve the water ecological system and ecological environment of the urban area of Linhai, highlighting the charm of a mountain and water landscape city. Especially, Luo River Park, as an integral part of the Linghu Project, is a riverside ecological leisure park mainly focusing on plant landscaping, combining culture, leisure, ecology, and tourism.
