Introduction

Gaofeng Mountain is located at the junction of Pengxi, Shehong, and Xichong counties, known as "one mountain sitting on three counties". From the foot to the top, surrounded by ancient cypresses in all directions, there is a unique phenomenon: the forests of ancient cypresses in all directions all face the direction of the mountain top, concealing Gaofeng Mountain Taoist Temple. Gaofeng Mountain is surrounded by 100 miles and is the only peak that stands out. Standing at the top and looking into the distance, there is a feeling of "seeing all the mountains as small". Looking at Gaofeng Mountain from a distance, it is lush and towering, like a green pagoda, standing tall. Through the gaps in the forest, you can vaguely see numerous palaces and halls standing on the top of the peak, with a magnificent momentum. We walked up the stone ancient path, step by step, and arrived at the mountain gate. We saw three layers of flying eaves stacked up, and two ancient cypresses that are thousands of years old, straight into the sky, as if they have attained enlightenment and become immortals.
