Transportation
The observation deck is located in Wunongding Village, 23 kilometers from the Baishan Mountain Pass and 8 kilometers from the town of Deqin. It is recommended to drive or charter a car to get there. It is located 23 kilometers past the Baishan Mountain Pass on the left side of the road, where you will see 13 white pagodas.
