Introduction

After crossing the Daban Mountain and continuing north along the West Zhang line for 40 minutes, you will reach Menyuan Flower Sea. The flower sea is filled with 500,000 mu of rapeseed flowers, with golden blooms stretching to the distant mountains, blending with the blue sky and mountains, making it an excellent place for photography. Located in the Menyuan Valley, the flower sea is surrounded by the Qilian Mountains and Daban Mountain, forming a "golden basin," like two golden ribbons adorning the vast highland sky.

Transportation

The Flower Sea Mandarin Ducks are located in the northern slope of Cold Dragon Ridge in the eastern part of Qilian Mountains, within the Huangcheng Grassland, 36 kilometers away from Haomen Town in Menyuan County. For transportation options, there are daily buses from Xining Xinning Bus Station to Menyuan County, which takes about 3 hours with a fare of approximately 40 yuan per person. After arriving at Haomen Town, visitors can rent a car to reach the site. Alternatively, visitors can also drive from Menyuan County town, follow the Gangqing Highway westward, and after passing through Qingshizui Town and taking the 227 National Highway, travel north for 22 kilometers to reach the site after crossing the Huangcheng Slope Pass.
