Introduction
To commemorate the Ming dynasty painter Zhu Da, the first ancient painter memorial hall in China, the Badashanren Memorial Hall, was built in the former Qinyunpu Daoist Temple on the south bank of Meihu in Nanchang. Qinyunpu is a typical Jiangnan garden, with ancient camphor trees, bitter oleander trees, and pine trees witness to hundreds of years of history. The shadows of the trees cover the halls with green bricks, gray tiles, white walls, and red columns, making the entire park more peaceful and serene. The sun shines through the leaves and onto the path, alternating light and shade, presenting a fully wild scene. The lotus pond in the garden is crystal clear and reflects the bamboo trees, with fish playing in the water and flowers swaying in the shadows. The clear stream outside the park meanders, and the fields and farms along the stream are like a paradise on earth, with smoke rising from farmhouses.
