Introduction

Xiushan Scenic Area is located in the eastern part of Daishan Island, with Xiushan Island as its center, consisting of 35 islands. It has a land area of 23 square kilometers and a coastline of 40 kilometers, with a beach area of 747 mu. Xiushan Island is known for its beautiful mountains and clear water, with over 73% of the island covered in greenery, making it an important part of the Daishan Scenic Area. Legend has it that Xiushan Island is one of the three immortal mountains at sea, known as the "Shangri-La at sea". Xiushan is a famous hometown for overseas Chinese. The scenic area also offers various "sea-flavored" programs based on its unique conditions, such as mud sliding, offshore operations, seafood barbecue, and special marine aquaculture and fishing sites, attracting visitors with its combination of dynamic and static elements. It is a vibrant and colorful entertainment city on the sea. The main attractions include the Mud Sliding Theme Park, Lanxiu Cultural Museum, Xiushan Beach Group, Jiuzi Buddha Island, seaside bathing area, Longevity Zen Monastery, Lijiabig Family Temple, Li Family's Five Grand Houses, and Lion Rock.
