Introduction

Since its predecessor was established in May 1973, the Lianyungang Museum has been a comprehensive local museum, with a collection of over ten thousand items. In July 2006, the new museum, which cost over 60 million yuan, covered an area of 45 mu and had a building area of 13,600 square meters, opened to the public. The museum comprehensively displays the historical and cultural development of the Lianyungang region from ancient times to the present day, presenting the glorious history to people in a revolutionary way.
