Introduction

Shizhu Mountain Scenic Area is located 10 kilometers west of Fuqing City, adjacent to Liyu Lake, and is a famous Taoist Buddhist mountain in the area. The "Nine Immortals Dream Prayer Hall" in the scenic area is a major feature of Shizhu Mountain's religious culture. Shizhu Temple is an ancient temple that coexists with Buddhism and Taoism, and the main deity worshipped inside is not the Jade Emperor and the Three Pure Ones, but the extremely famous He's Nine Immortals in Taoism. As we all know, these deities have great magical powers and it is said that praying for blessings is very effective, so the incense in the temple is very prosperous. It should be noted that the cost of offering incense and candles is much cheaper at the foot of the mountain. If you don't have much time, you can return from Shizhu Temple, but if you want to enjoy more natural scenery, you can continue to climb up the stone steps to Zhuangyuan Peak. The two climbing paths that merge halfway through the mountain form a route to the top of the mountain, requiring a certain level of physical fitness. In addition, the Lion Rock Hall in the mountain is also one of the popular places for tourists to pray for blessings in the scenic area.
