Introduction

Langzhong ancient city is located on three sides of water and one side of mountains, featuring beautiful scenery and being known as "Langyuan fairyland". It has a long history of more than 2300 years and served as the capital of the Ba state in the mid-Warring States period. There are eight national key cultural relics protection units in Langzhong ancient city, including Zhang Fei Temple, Yong'an Temple, Wulong Temple, Tengwang Pavilion, Guanyin Temple, Baba Temple, Big Buddha Temple, and the Chuanbei Imperial Academy. The local cuisine culture in Langzhong ancient city is also very famous, featuring snacks such as beef and lamb offal noodles, hanging soup pulled noodles, Chuanbei cold rice noodles, and hot cold rice noodles that embody the folk customs and traditions of the ancient city.
