Wuhou Shrine was first built in the Three Kingdoms period (263 AD) by Liu Chan, the last Emperor of the Shu Han Dynasty. It is the oldest Wuhou Shrine in the world and is known as the "Number One Wuhou Shrine in the world". Inside the ancient shrine, there is a statue of Zhuge Liang, made of clay, and above the statue, there is a plaque inscribed with the characters "Loyalty Reaches to the Clouds" written by Emperor Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty.
