Introduction

Yangtianhu Grassland Scenic Area, also known as Yangtianhu Great Grassland, is located at the top of a mountain in the southwest of Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, with an altitude of 1,340 meters and a total area of 40 square kilometers. This is the closest mountain wetland grassland to Guangdong. The Yangtianhu in the core area at the top is a volcano formed during the Quaternary glaciation period. With a water area of over 20 acres, it is a dazzling gem hanging on the watershed between the Yangtze River and the Pearl River. The towering "windmills" wind and twist along the mountain ridge for hundreds of kilometers, soaring like a dragon and presenting a magnificent view. If you want to experience the grassland style, then horse riding is essential. On the wide grassland, sunlight and scenery will be with you all the time. Feeling tired after walking on the grassland? Don't worry, there is a trendy food truck with macaron color that can give you energy. These different-colored food trucks can also help you take super popular photos. If you want a barbecue, there are also grassland barbecue stalls by the road where you can enjoy a perfect camping picnic time with a picnic blanket. Yangtianhu Great Grassland also raises a variety of cute animals, such as alpacas, coralline ducks, black swans, and deer. You can observe them closely and feed them.
