Introduction
Lingguang Temple is located at the foot of Yinnashan, 40 kilometers south of Meixian City. The existing halls are built in the Ming and Qing dynastic styles, with the largest Buddha hall (also known as the Poluo Hall) having a double-eaved gable roof, three bays wide and seven bays deep. When the incense is strong inside the temple, not a trace of smoke can be seen outside. The ancient trees behind the hall remain lush and green, and not a single leaf is left on the hall roof, which may be related to the design of the gable roof. It is a masterpiece of architectural science and art. Address Yinna Village, Yanyang Town, Meixian District, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province
