Introduction
Zhelinhulake scenic area is located in Yongxiu County and Wuning County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is named after Zhelin Town, the site of the largest earth-rock dam in Asia. It is a national forest park, a national key scenic area, and a provincial geological park. The total area of the scenic area is 425 square kilometers, including a water area of 308 square kilometers. The average water depth is 45 meters, visibility is 11 meters, and the negative ion content is 150,000 per cubic centimeter. It has national first-class water quality and air quality. The lake area has 997 islands of different shapes and sizes, including famous ones such as Taohuadao Island, Jinhou Island, and Kongque Island.
