Introduction

Lake Xiaozhu is also known as Fengfeng Lake or Fengzhu Lake. It is located in Deqing County, Zhejiang Province, north of Hangzhou. It is 40 kilometers from the center of Hangzhou and 4 kilometers from the Deqing exit of the Hangning Expressway. It is the largest wetland scenic area in southern Jiangnan region with a total area of 10 square kilometers and a main lake area of 3.4 square kilometers. It is the fifth largest inland lake in Zhejiang Province.

Transportation

Drive from Shanghai to Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway, exit at Linping, and take the 09 Provincial Road or Tongde Road from Wutong Town, Tongxiang City to Xiazhu Lake in Deqing. The whole journey takes about two hours. From Hangzhou to Hangning Expressway, exit at Deqing and head towards Qianyuan and Xinshi direction. Take the 09 Provincial Road to Xiazhu Lake in Deqing. The whole journey takes about half an hour.
