Introduction
The Dazong Lake Scenic Area is located in the Dazong Lake tourism and leisure resort in the southwest of Yancheng City, close to Xinghua City in Taizhou, and is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, national water conservancy scenic area, national wetland park and provincial tourist holiday resort. The scenic area has a Green Hill campsite, which is the first outdoor RV camping site in northern Jiangsu, the first batch of RV camping site units in Jiangsu Province, and the standardized RV demonstration campsite in the Yangtze River Delta.
The water of Dazong Lake is clear and sweet, the water plants are abundant, the wild birds fly, and the water products are rich. There are more than 120 kinds of plants and more than 50 kinds of wild animals in the scenic area, especially the famous Dazong Lake freshwater hairy crab throughout the country. The scenic area fully utilizes the historical and cultural resources of the "Eastern Jin Water City" and creates a "Eastern Jin Water City" leisure tourism area with "Water City" as its characteristic, forming a unique "island-style" water city, presenting a "Qingming Shanghe map" water town style of "boat in the city, people in the island". The unique water street and wide lake view of the scenic area cannot be compared to other ancient water towns, making the Eastern Jin Water City the only scenic area in China that integrates wetlands, lakes, and ancient towns.
