Introduction
Baiyun Mountain, about 386 meters high, is the highest peak in Wuzhou City, connected to Wuling and overlooking the Sanjiang River. After the rain, there will be a spectacular cloud and mist scene on the mountain. There are many scenic spots in the park, such as Fuhu Rock, Kite Platform, Shuangqing Pavilion, Banshan Pavilion, Mushroom Pavilion, Monkey Fun Pavilion, and Yang Restaurant. There is also a Yun Feng Pavilion on the mountaintop. Standing on the Dengting and looking far away, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. The mountain is covered with lush trees, and there is morning mist in the early morning. At the moment of early clear sky after the rain, the pure and simple clouds and mist are floating and swirling. Baiyun Mountain is like a green-clothed girl wearing a white veil and scarf. Tang Dynasty poet Meng Haoran once wrote, "Cangwu white clouds are far away, smoke and water in Dongting Lake are deep." Qing Dynasty poet Li Shirui also exclaimed, "The morning dew is thin and the first sun rises, and the evening smoke is like a mist and the setting sun is low." Baiyun Mountain is one of the eight scenic spots in Wuzhou and known as Yunling Qinglan.
