Introduction

Located in the downtown area of the Heping District, it is surrounded by the Ring Garden Road. It was built in 1917 and completed in 1922, originally known as the French Garden. There is a statue of Nodak, a French national hero, and a statue of the Goddess of Peace in the park. After 1941, it was renamed Central Park, and in 1946, it was renamed Roosevelt Garden and the statues were removed.
