Introduction

Ming Changling is the first of the thirteen Ming Tombs. It is the joint burial tomb of Emperor Chengzu Zhu Di and Empress Xu of the Ming Dynasty. It is also the largest in scale, the earliest built, and the best-preserved ground structure among the thirteen tombs.
