Introduction

Zhonghua Temple, originally called Lingshan Temple, was built in the Tang Dynasty. It is known for its two giant python sculptures, one in the shape of a Chinese character and the other in the shape of the character "华". The temple combines Buddhist and Taoist traditions and has a unique charm. It underwent renovations in 1888 and features Tang Dynasty-style architecture with hints of Japanese influence. The park surrounding the temple is well-maintained and perfect for family outings and enjoying the spring flowers.
