Introduction

Located near the Arctic village, this statue of Guanyin (Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara) was specifically moved from Hainan to this place, facing the Nanhai Guanyin statue in Nanshan, Hainan, in order to fulfill the beautiful wish of Guanyin Bodhisattva to save all beings in the world. Unlike the noisy and bustling temples elsewhere, this place exudes a sense of purity and tranquility, giving people a feeling of serenity and transcendence. It is a place for worship and admiration. The mountains here are gentle, with beautiful shapes, and are covered with green pine trees and lush flowers and plants. Rare birds roam in the forest. The famous Yanzhi Valley is located below the mountain, and the slow-flowing stream below the mountain indicates the direct connection of northern waters to the South China Sea.

Transportation

Yanzhigou is located at the foot of Guanyin Mountain. It is recommended to hire a car from Beiji Village, which is about 35 kilometers away. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Mohe County to Beiji Village. Yanzhigou is a scenic spot along the way from Xilinji Town in Mohe County to Beiji Village. It takes about 40 minutes to reach Yanzhigou and the fare is around 8 yuan.
