Introduction
Nanzongya Pass, at an altitude of 3700 meters, is a must-pass route connecting Yubeng. It is also a spacious rest stop where the mules in the west stop serving as they can reach Yubeng Village immediately downhill. To reach Yubeng Village, you need to travel about 20 kilometers downhill and then another 18 kilometers downhill. Once you reach Nanzongya Pass, the uphill journey is complete, and you will need to travel another 18 kilometers downhill. Nanzongya Pass is also the best place to appreciate the Shen Nü Peak and Wufangfo Peak. From the wooden observation deck next to the store, you can overlook these two magical peaks.
