Introduction

Mount Xiaowutai is located at the junction of Zhulu County and Weixian County in Zhangjiakou, Hebei, approximately 180 kilometers away from Beijing. It is known as the "Roof of Northern China" with the highest peak at 2,882 meters above sea level. It is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts, with the most difficult mountain climbing routes, but also attracts many outdoor enthusiasts to explore its wild and magnificent scenery. Mount Xiaowutai maintains a good original ecological environment, with flowers and grasses covering the valley, murmuring mountain streams, and the beauty of July's golden lotus flowers blooming on the mountaintop. Transportation

Self-drive ▲Route 1: Beijing - G6 Jingzang Expressway - Jimingyi - Zhulu - Taohua Town - Chiyapu Village Distance: about 200 kilometers Driving time: about 3 hours ▲Route 2: Beijing - G7 Jingxin Expressway - Zhulu - Taohua Town - Chiyapu Village Distance: about 220 kilometers Driving time: about 3 hours and 20 minutes 2. Train You can take a train from Beijing West Station to Xiahuayuan, and then take a chartered car to Chiyapu (or Xijinhekou and Xiaohuichuan); or take a bus from Xiahuayuan to Weixian and get off in Taohua Town, and then take a chartered car to Chiyapu. 3. Bus Most travelers will choose to take a long-distance bus from Beijing to Weixian (reference fare: 90 yuan one way) and get off at Taohua Town. Taohua Town is about 6 kilometers from Chiyapu Village, and you can take a chartered car there for about 35 yuan per car.
