Introduction

Located at the top of the mountain, Arrow Bamboo Sea has an altitude of 2618 meters, a depth of 6 meters, and an area of 170,000 square meters. The lakeside is covered with arrow bamboo, and cedar trees stand tall among them. The mountains and bamboo shadows in the water are intertwined, creating a magnificent scenery. Even in the severe winter, the lake water still sparkles with vitality. Arrow bamboo is a favorite food of the giant panda and grows extensively around the lake shore, making it the biggest feature of Arrow Bamboo Sea and the reason for its name. The lake is open and clear, with the mountains reflecting vividly, making it hard to distinguish between the water and the cliffs, and it is stunningly beautiful. This place was once the location for some scenes in Zhang Yimou's movie "Hero," including the sword-fighting scenes between Broken Sword and Nameless, attracting many tourists to visit.
