Introduction

Baoguo Temple is located at the foot of Mount Emei, which is the best choice for visiting Mount Emei and also the center of Buddhist activities on Mount Emei. The ancient and elegant buildings of the temple are surrounded by green forests. The mountain gate hangs the three characters "Baoguo Temple" inscribed by Emperor Kangxi, and the "Saint Accumulate Late Bell" is the only cultural landscape among the top ten attractions on Mount Emei. In addition, the temple also has the Emei Mountain Cultural Relics Management Office, which collects various ceramics, jade, literature, calligraphy and painting, metal utensils, as well as weapons and tools excavated from the Warring States period. Despite its location at the foot of a popular tourist destination, Baoguo Temple maintains its devout incense and has a weak commercial flavor. Devout believers must come to worship.
