Introduction
The ancient cliff dwellings are dwellings carved out by ancient people on steep mountain cliffs. They are located on both sides of a narrow mountain ditch less than 10 meters wide in a canyon, tightly attached to the steep granite rock wall of nearly 100,000 square meters at the bottom of the valley, with various man-made carved stone rooms scattered on it.
The ancient cliff dwellings are divided into two areas, a front and a back, forming a natural village. There are 91 stone rooms in the south, north, and east slopes of the front ditch, and 26 stone rooms on the east slope of the back ditch. These stone rooms are adjacent and orderly, generally about 1.8 meters high, rectangular or square in shape, with three-room structures being the most common. All stone rooms are distributed in a multi-story structure connected by stone steps, stone stairs, and suspended bridges.
