Introduction

No. 73 Sinan Road is a three-story garden villa with French architectural style. It used to be the office location of the Chinese Communist Party delegation in Shanghai. Inside, there is a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere with a pergola covered in vines. During late summer and early autumn, Zhou Enlai would often stroll among the green grass, sit on the wicker chair, and have friendly conversations with his staff while discussing work arrangements. Among the grass, there is a large Chinese parasol tree with lush branches and leaves.
