The memorial hall was built in 1952 and consists of three parts: the meeting room of the First National Congress, the exhibition room for the history of the Communist Party's establishment, and the temporary exhibition room for revolutionary history. The ground floor of the building is preserved as the meeting room of the First National Congress, with furniture and items displayed in their original form.
