Introduction

The Dazhao Temple, Xilitu Zhao, and the Islamic-style street are all nearby and can be visited together. "Xilitu Zhao" is also known as "Yanshou Temple" in Chinese and Xilitu means "chief" in Mongolian. It was originally built as a lamasery in the Ming Wanli period and is now the largest lamasery in the city. The buildings on both sides of the Islamic-style street are in the Islamic architectural style with domed roofs and white tower buildings, which have a unique exotic atmosphere. The Islamic-style street belongs to the Hui Muslim area in the city and is approximately one kilometer long. There are also several Islamic mosques on the street, with A'boi Palace and the Great Mosque being the most well-known. There are also several food streets near the street, so it's a great opportunity to try local cuisine.
