Introduction

Located in Yuánjiā Village, Líquán County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, in the fertile Guanzhong Plain, at the foot of the Ling Mountains, approximately 78 kilometers away from downtown Xi'an. The ancient city is surrounded by rich historical and cultural resources. On the Ling Mountain, 1 kilometer away from the ancient city, there is the Emperor Taizong's Mausoleum, and around the ancient city, there is the largest and most well-preserved stone carving community among the imperial mausoleums in Guanzhong, the Tang Emperor Suzong's Tomb Stone Carvings. The ancient town, named "Impressions of Guanzhong", has quaint and elegant alleyways, with shops and workshops on both sides. There are various ancient-style oil mills, tofu mills, noodle mills, tea mills, vinegar mills, etc. Walking on the bluestone road, enjoying the Ming and Qing-style buildings with unique Guanzhong characteristics, watching the elderly people carefully weaving cloth in the fabric shops, and the workers in the noodle mills earnestly grinding with stone mills, has its own unique charm. For dining in the ancient town of Guanzhong, those who prefer a lively atmosphere can go to various farmhouse restaurants, or taste snacks on Folk Street. There are two types of snacks that are particularly special and worth trying. One is Zhu Tou Mian, also known as fragrant stick noodles. It is made by pouring hot rapeseed oil over cooked noodles with seasonings, which are smooth, chewy, and have a spicy and refreshing taste. The other one is Fu Zi, commonly known as fermented barley, which is made from fermented barley grains. It has a sweet and aromatic taste, suitable for both hot and cold consumption, and is not available in cities.
