Introduction

Tiantouzhai is a small village halfway up the mountain, surrounded by terraces and mountains. It is the highest village in the scenic area, overlooking the entire terraces. The buildings are all hanging wooden houses built against the mountainside, with wooden columns supporting the front and stone foundations below to level the slopes. In the morning, the mist and smoke rising from the village create a fairy-tale-like atmosphere. It is also a venue for various activities and a gathering place for the Yao ethnic group.
