Osmanthus Gorge
Osmanthus Gorge is located in the Zhouluo Nature Reserve in the eastern part of Shegang Town. The hillsides on both sides of the creek in the enchanting Zhouluo Valley are covered with approximately 1,026 wild osmanthus trees, including three varieties: red osmanthus, silver osmanthus, and golden osmanthus. This large-scale wild osmanthus group is extremely rare. In addition to osmanthus, the gorge features overlapping cliffs and steep precipices, forming more than 80 waterfalls of various sizes. Butterflies occasionally flutter around, giving the place a sense of a secluded paradise in the mountains. It is an ideal spot for a weekend self-drive trip to relax and unwind.
Zhangjiajie City
