Yinxu - a beautiful village surrounded by sunflowers

Yinxu, the birthplace of Chinese characters, is currently home to the earliest recorded ancient Chinese characters. Anyang was once the ancient capital of the Shang Dynasty and is known for its good feng shui as the city is built along the Huán River. Ancient civilizations have a close relationship with rivers, as wherever there are rivers, there is civilization. The reason the author mentioned Yinxu is because the sunflower field is located near the Yinxu Archaeological Site.

Yinxu Museum is located in the center of Yinxu. It is a historical site museum aimed at protecting and showcasing various sites, relics, and cultural landscapes of the palace area of Yinxu in Anyang, Henan Province. The museum is situated in the 'Yinxu Palace Area'. It mainly includes reconstructed palace buildings on the original site, such as the Grand Hall (Oracle Bone Inscriptions Exhibition Hall), pavilions, and the Fu Hao Pavilion, as well as other site and relic displays and auxiliary exhibits. It fully reflects the cultural landscape of the palaces of the Shang Dynasty kings and the splendid and long-standing ancient civilization of China.

Sunflower Field

The sunflower field is not far from the Yin Ruins. Walk to the main entrance of the Yin Ruins Museum, and there is a paved road next to it. Follow the road westward, passing the 'Archaeological Station,' and you will find a large area of farmland densely planted with sunflowers. It's perfect for taking large-scale photos.
