Gaodang Village

Gaodang Village, a Bouyei village with a thousand-year history, is located 7 kilometers southwest of the county town of the Bouyei and Miao Autonomous County in Anshun City, Guizhou Province. It is accessible by car from the county town. This ancient Bouyei village has a history of nearly a thousand years. The village is named 'Wengzuo' in Bouyei language, meaning 'Gaodang' in Chinese, due to its towering peaks resembling lush mountains.

The Baling River Bridge is 2257 meters long, with a height of 370 meters from the bridge deck to the Baling River. It is currently the 'first in the country and the sixth in the world' in terms of large-span steel truss suspension bridges, and is also a masterpiece spanning a natural chasm.
The Hongya Tianshu, a mysterious sight on the Shajia Mountain in Guanling, is definitely worth a visit. The mysterious symbols on these red cliffs remain undeciphered to this day and are known as the 'First Wonder of Central Guizhou'.
