The top ten must-visit attractions in Anhui for tourism!

There are numerous tourist attractions in Anhui province, especially famous mountains. Anhui province not only has mountains but also rivers. It was the hometown of Huizhou merchants in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty. As early as the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, it was Huangshan city in Anhui province, where a large number of ancient architectural complexes were left behind. It has 5A-level scenic spots with the three famous mountains in Anhui - Huangshan, Jiuhuashan, and Tianzhu Mountain.

Chengkan Village

Built during the Eastern Han and Three Kingdoms period, over 1,800 years ago, it was praised by the famous scholar Zhu Xi of the Song Dynasty as 'Zhu Xi's Double Virtues, the First Village in Jiangnan.'

Qiyun Mountain

Qiyun Mountain is located 15 kilometers west of Xiuning County, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. It is one of the four major Taoist mountains in China, along with Wudang Mountain, Longhu Mountain, and Qingcheng Mountain. It is also one of the five famous fairy mountains in China, known as 'Baiyue Jia Jiangnan'. Qiyun Mountain has an altitude of 585 meters and covers an area of 110 square kilometers. It features thirty-six unique peaks and seventy-two strange cliffs, interspersed with secluded caves, winding streams, clear pools, and green springs, forming a picturesque landscape.

Guniujiang Scenic Area

This mountain is ancient with high peaks and dense forests, featuring steep terrain and well-preserved natural forest vegetation, earning it the name 'Green Natural Museum'. The area is characterized by perilous peaks, deep ravines, peculiar pines, strange rocks, misty waterfalls, and beautiful scenery.

Furong Valley

'Furong Valley', nicknamed 'Spring Valley', is located at the north gate of Huangshan, stretching 10 kilometers. It is a mysterious grand canyon on the northern slope of Huangshan. The valley is characterized by towering peaks, bizarre rocks, and dense forests. Notably, there are over a hundred colorful pools with various shapes, some as green as jade, others as bright as pearls, with shimmering waves and flowing beads, creating a series of beautiful water landscapes. It resembles a mysterious, elegant, and graceful young lady, adorned with flowers and radiating charm, captivating visitors from all directions.
With a history of over a thousand years, Xiangquan Hot Spring shares the same origin as Nanjing Tangshan Hot Spring and Chaohu Bantang Hot Spring. It has been identified by geological experts as a rare and precious radon-containing calcium magnesium sulfate hot spring. The daily water output is about 1600 tons, with a water temperature of 47-50 degrees Celsius. The water is clear and fragrant. The hot spring has significant medicinal value; long-term soaking in the water has a remarkable auxiliary therapeutic effect on more than 30 diseases, including various skin diseases, arthritis, gastrointestinal diseases, and hypertension. It also has good effects on beauty, weight loss, and health care.
Strange rocks and pools, dangerous peaks and sheer cliffs, waterfalls cascading from cliffs, shrouded in mist, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, birds singing and flowers blooming, a riot of colors, green mountains and clear waters, a colorful paradise on earth. In autumn and winter, the flowers turn yellow and the trees red, with layers of forests dyed in red; wrapped in silver, pure and clean like a snowy mountain. The four seasons are like spring, truly rare, and can be called a paradise on earth. Swallow Grand Canyon is a remnant of glacial movement, famous for its 'Four Wonders' and 'Five Delights'.

Mingtang Mountain

In the early years of the Republic of China, due to its elegant and beautiful mountain shape echoing the majestic and towering Tianzhu Mountain, and both belonging to the Anhui region, separated by only a hundred miles, there was a saying 'Two mountains compete in length, agreeing to be a pair'. Therefore, Tianzhu Mountain was called 'Father Anhui Mountain' and Mingtang Mountain was called 'Mother Anhui Mountain'. Additionally, because there is a natural rooster pattern on the main peak's rock wall, and the peak shape looks like a rooster comb when viewed from the north, it is also called 'Rooster Mountain'.

Dabie Mountain Rainbow Waterfall Scenic Area

The Dabie Mountain Rainbow Waterfall Scenic Area covers an area of 40 square kilometers, with a core scenic area of 3.2 square kilometers. Featured attractions include the Dreamlike Rainbow Waterfall and the Monkey River Pristine Canyon. Additionally, numerous river islands and small islands formed by the confluence of the Monkey River and the Huangwei River create a picturesque corridor of mountains and waters stretching for thousands of meters. Therefore, the Dabie Mountain Rainbow Waterfall Scenic Area is a comprehensive scenic area that integrates canyons, waterfalls, beautiful waters, and culture.

Yulong Cave Scenic Area

Yulong Cave is located in Yulong Village, Liudu Township, in the eastern part of Shitai County. It is connected to Taiping Lake, 50 kilometers from the world-famous Huangshan Mountain, and 25 kilometers from the Buddhist holy site Jiuhua Mountain. The entrance of Yulong Cave resembles a crocodile opening its mouth, with a clear stream flowing continuously throughout the year. The entire cave is over 5000 meters long, with a clear underground river running through it. It starts very narrow and then becomes extremely spacious, presenting a magnificent and spectacular view.
Located under the main road of the old city area of Bozhou, it extends in all directions from the central point, leading to the outside of the city. The entire tunnel is crisscrossed with intersecting paths; it has a clever layout with diverse variations; it is distributed in three dimensions with a complex structure; it is grand in scale and a massive project, stretching over four thousand meters.
