This ancient town is one of the six ancient towns in Jiangnan, with a history of thousands of years, and is one of the birthplaces of ancient Wu and Yue cultures. The famous architectural groups include Zhongfu Hall, Zunwen Hall, and Xue Mansion, which are well-preserved representative works of the Ming and Qing dynasties. Xitang is known for its numerous bridges, lanes, and corridors, and its simple and honest folk customs can be heard from the oar strokes of boats transporting goods. At dusk, with the setting sun shining obliquely, fishing boats singing in the evenings, lanterns gleaming, the fragrance of wine wafting in the air, the beautiful scenery of the water town is like a poem or painting.

The name is very friendly, combining local farm-style cuisine with Sichuan cuisine, and the taste is good. The prices of nearby local cuisine restaurants are similar, and the taste is acceptable, with the only difference being the portion size.
