West Lake is one of China's famous tourist attractions and is recognized as one of the first batch of 5A-level national tourist attractions and one of China's top ten scenic spots. In 2011, it was listed in the World Heritage List. The basic pattern of West Lake is centered around one mountain, two pagodas, three islands, three causeways, and five lakes, with famous West Lake Ten Views interspersed among them. The natural and cultural landscapes complement each other, making it a beautiful and breathtaking place. The Three Pools Mirroring the Moon landscape is even selected to appear on the back of the one yuan renminbi, highlighting the special status of West Lake among China's scenic spots. Visitors can choose to walk, take a boat, a battery car, drive or ride a bike to visit West Lake. In addition, Hangzhou Botanical Garden in West Lake is holding the "Song Yun Mei Xiang" New Year Flower Festival, which is an event not to be missed during this Spring Festival.

San Tan Ying Yue Island, also known as Xiaoyingzhou, is the only island in West Lake that can be walked and explored on foot. It is known as one of the most beautiful scenic spots in West Lake. The island's outline is like the character "田" and is surrounded by Jiangnan gardens on the outer edge. The island is divided into four small lakes by the cross-shaped islands and bridges in the interior, which are full of poetic and picturesque scenes. The flowers and trees on the island are well-arranged, with lush green willows, fragrant lotuses, vibrant red maples, and charming magnolias as the main attractions, making it one of the masterpieces of Jiangnan garden art. San Tan Ying Yue Island is an important symbol on Chinese currency, with its magnificent scenery printed on the back.

This is the place where Xusian and Bai Niangzi met in the Legend of the White Snake, making this bridge full of romance.
In the early winter snow, the ice and snow on the sunny side of the bridge have melted, but the snow on the shady side of the bridge still covers it. From a high place, the bridge seems to be broken. This has become the famous "Broken Bridge with Lingering Snow".
You can start your tour of West Lake from the Broken Bridge, go along the Bai Causeway to Gushan, and then visit the surrounding attractions one by one.

- This attraction is an important landmark of West Lake. It was initially built by the king of Wu Yue, Qian Hongchu, to celebrate the birth of his son with his wife. However, it is now more well-known because of its appearance in the classic Chinese legend, "Legend of the White Snake."
- "Leifeng Pagoda resembles an old monk, while Baochu Pagoda is like a beautiful lady." The two pagodas stand facing each other, creating a picturesque scene of "two pagodas reflected on the lake, facing north and south."
- Every evening, when the sun sets in the west, the silhouette of the pagodas is reflected on the surface of the lake, creating a unique and magnificent view known as "Leifeng Evening Glow."

Xixi Wetland, known for its beautiful scenery of "smoke rising from winding streams," is one of the "Three Xis of Hangzhou" along with West Lake and Xiling. Located to the west of downtown Hangzhou, Xixi National Wetland Park is one of the few natural wetlands in the city with a beautiful environment and crisscrossing waterways, known as the "Kidney of Hangzhou." Xixi Wetland is divided into the East Zone and the West Zone, with the East Zone consisting of Phase I and Phase II, and the West Zone being the Hongyuan Scenic Area of Phase III. The East Zone is where the most beautiful scenery of Xixi Wetland is located, and the best way to experience the natural ecology is to take a boat ride through the complex waterways.
