San Felipe de Barajas Castle was built in 1639 and is located in the eastern part of the old city. Tourists should not miss this historic castle, especially a glimpse of the famous walkway inside. The walkway winds through a complex system of underground tunnels, playing a critical role in the defense and retreat of the castle.
