Pig Restaurant (SWINE)

Piggy's Restaurant, which is recently opened and operated by the famous "50 Eggs" team in Miami, has become one of the most popular and sought-after restaurants. Compared to its sister restaurant on South Beach, Yardbird, which mainly features chicken, this restaurant's main focus is pork. The main dishes of the restaurant include pork rib soup, Memphis-style ribs, and pork-based cuisines, and they also provide "whole hog feasts" for gatherings of 6 people or more.
This is a one-level restaurant, Paul Delicato is the chef here, cooking homemade Italian pasta, such as seafood-flavored risotto with Milanese veal, and Italian pizza baked in a wood-fired oven.
James Royal Palms owns two of the hottest new restaurants in Miami Beach, primarily serving a variety of seafood dishes. The decor style of the restaurants retains some original designs from James Royal Palms, and the menu design is very avant-garde. One of the Miami dishes offered is called "Little Rich Boy," consisting of fried oysters served with spicy mayonnaise and caviar.

Michael Schwartz Restaurant

This restaurant is located near the upper lobby of the art deco hotel and the outdoor swimming pool, offering different themed cuisines according to the season. Customers can find various appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and small, medium, large, and extra-large plates on the comprehensive menu, all handcrafted by the renowned pastry chef Haidee Goldsmith known for her high-level nostalgic taste.

The BROKEN SHAKER

This is a small and renowned bar. As night falls, the bar is packed with both travelers and locals who are curious about the new herbs and spices that have been harvested and used as ingredients for the homemade cocktails. The bar offers an algae-infused tequila that has a taste reminiscent of a blend between bourbon and local black panther coffee, with a long and lingering finish.
