Miami "Foodie" Map

Miami is located between Biscayne Bay, the Florida Everglades, and the Atlantic Ocean in the southeastern corner of Florida, USA. With its unique geographical advantage, Miami Beach is bustling with tourists from all over the world, swimmers, and young people playing frisbee and beach volleyball, making it a place where everyone who visits can't help but stay longer. Influenced by the large Latin American population and residents of Caribbean islands, Miami is considered a "melting pot" of American culture and is often referred to as the "capital of the Americas." As one of the famous tourist cities in the United States, its distinctive Latin culture adds an exotic charm to this vibrant seaside city.

Swine Restaurant

Swine Restaurant has become one of the most popular and sought-after newly opened restaurants recently. It is established by the famous '50 Eggs' team in Miami. Unlike its sister restaurant Yardbird in South Beach, which focuses on chicken, this restaurant specializes in pork. The main dishes of the restaurant include rib soup, Memphis-style ribs, and pork-based cuisines. It also offers a 'whole pig feast' for gatherings of six or more people.
This is a single-story restaurant where Paolo Dorigato is the head chef, cooking homemade Italian pasta, such as seafood-flavored risotto paired with Milanese veal, and Italian pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven.
James Royal Palm features two of the hottest new restaurants in Miami Beach, primarily offering a variety of seafood dishes. The decor maintains some of the original design elements of the main James Royal Palm, and the menu design is very avant-garde. One of the Miami dishes offered is called 'Little Rich Boy,' which consists of fried oysters served with spicy mayonnaise and caviar.

Michael Schwartz Restaurant

This restaurant is located near the upper lobby and outdoor swimming pool of the Art Deco Hotel, offering different themed cuisines according to the season. Guests can find a variety of snacks, side dishes, desserts, and small, medium, large, and extra-large plates on the comprehensive menu, with desserts personally crafted by renowned pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith, known for her high-level nostalgic taste.

THE BROKEN SHAKER

This is a well-known bar that gets crowded with travelers and local customers at night, all eager to find out which freshly picked herbs and spices will be used in the homemade cocktails tonight. The bar offers seaweed tequila, which initially tastes like bourbon mixed with local Black Panther coffee, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.
