Introduction

Many people come to visit the museum located in a remote southern area, where Frida Khalo used to live and passed away. This museum was transformed from her former residence and it contains many of her personal belongings, as well as art and collections. Despite its distance from the city center, tourists continue to visit this great female artist's home with respect.

Wednesday 11:00-17:30, Tuesday, Thursday to Sunday 10:00-17:30, closed on Monday (due to limited daily visitors and possible long queues, please arrange your visit time reasonably).

Transportation

Take the subway line 3 and get off at Coyoacán station. Transfer to a taxi and arrive in about 10 minutes.
