The Harry Potter Wizarding World is located in the northwestern corner of Adventure Island, featuring three main attractions and various specialty shops that authentically recreate classic scenes from the Harry Potter movies. Upon entering the main gates, visitors are greeted by Hogsmeade Village, including the entrance to the Dragon Challenge roller coaster. Walking north through Hogsmeade Village, visitors will find Hogwarts School and the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride, while the Flight of the Hippogriff coaster is located nearby. The recommended attraction is Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, which combines high-tech lighting, projection, sound effects, and seat movement to transport visitors into the magical world. Hogsmeade is a place for visitors to rest, dine, and shop, with Three Boomsticks pub and Honeydukes candy store being popular destinations. Other specialty shops include Zonkos joke shop and Devish and Banges store.
