Introduction
The Arena Square is located on the south side of the northeast section of Fiorenzo Street, and was originally an oval-shaped arena dating back to ancient Roman times, similar to the famous Colosseum. However, over time, the arena gradually fell into disrepair, and the government built prisons, armories, storage rooms, and residential areas around the site. Later, the arena was completely demolished, and was planned by architects to eventually form the current oval-shaped square.
Nowadays, the houses around the square have turned into places like studios, family homes, souvenir shops, cafes, and bars. It has become one of the important meeting and leisure places for the people of Luca in their daily lives.
