Introduction

The Aval cliff (Zhongxiangboshan) is located in the center of a group of three elephant-shaped mountains along the coast of Etretat, in the west of Etretat town. A natural arch cave near the rocks has been eroded by seawater and wind, forming an arch-shaped cave that looks like an elephant slowly walking into the water. The outer rocks look like an elephant's nose deep in the water, combined with white rocks and human imagination, it forms a lifelike elephant trunk.
