In Cannes, the harbor is a bustling place with many restaurants selling the freshest wolfish and fire fish. It is also a delightful experience to see old-style schooners and modern yachts docked side by side. St. Pierre Pier, built in 1838, is one of the oldest places in the old port. Every September, the boats of the Royal Rowing Club set sail from this harbor, which is also a favorite activity for residents.
