Introduction

Located at the mouth of Xiling Gorge in the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River, facing Xiaolaoxi, Sanyou Cave boasts beautiful scenery and unique views. Since the Tang and Song dynasties, many literati and scholars have visited this place and inscribed hundreds of poems and inscriptions on the walls of the cave, which can still be seen today. The scenic area includes Sanyou Cave, Zhixi Pavilion, Chuse Tower, the ruins of an ancient military stronghold, Zhang Fei's drum tower, and Luyou Spring, as well as new attractions such as Bachu Music Palace, the Chinese seal carving garden of world Chinese countries, and the Middle-Lower Cambrian Anglestone Park.
