Introduction

Jiaoshan Great Wall was built in the early years of the Ming Dynasty, and adopted a large amount of local rough stones for construction, some of which were made of bricks and long stones. It has obvious characteristics because of its height and width that blend with the mountain terrain. Jiaoshan Great Wall is located on the main peak of Daping, and climbing it, one can enjoy the beautiful scenery of distant mountains and nearby sea, as well as inside and outside the Great Wall. Unlike the crowded and commercialized Beijing Great Wall, Jiaoshan Great Wall is very suitable for slow climbing while enjoying the mountain scenery.
